Our Journey

Incorporation and Growth:
Anik Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. was established on March 7, 1991, as a Non-Banking Finance Company–Micro Finance Institution (NBFC-MFI) under the Companies Act of 1956. With its registered office in Latur and Head Office in Aurangabad, Anik has been dedicated to extending micro-financial services to the economically disadvantaged in rural areas through Self Help Groups (SHGs).

Community-Based Initiatives:
To further its mission, Anik Financial Services has organized women through SHGs, which have been federated to form four Community-Based Organizations named Savitribai Phule Mutual Benefit Trust (SPMBT) across four districts. These federations, registered under the Indian Trust Act, have been actively involved in micro-finance since 2002. The members of these SHGs predominantly come from economically and socially backward communities.

Objectives and Impact:
The primary objective of Anik Financial Services is to ensure financial inclusion for previously excluded communities by providing micro-credit through SHGs and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs). Our approach combines local governance and monitoring with professional support, ensuring that financial services are accessible and impactful. Currently, we operate in four districts: Hingoli, Latur, Osmanabad, and Beed. and In Telagana State Too.

Empowering Women:
Our commitment to empowering women through financial services is at the core of our operations. By organizing women into SHGs and federating them into SPMBTs, we foster economic empowerment and community development. These efforts have enabled women to start and grow their businesses, contributing to the overall socio-economic upliftment of their communities.
